38th Annual GSTA Muscle Car Shootout

Sponsored by the Gopher State Timing Association, the Muscle Car Shootout closes out the Muscle Car Series on Brainerd International Raceway's drag strip over Labor Day weekend. Seven heads-up classes run 6- and 7-second passes at north of 200 mph, alongside ten index classes with a special run-off, Strip Eliminators, Truck Eliminator and a Manual Transmission category. Time trials and qualifying fill Friday and Saturday, with eliminations Sunday. CRA Superbikes race the road course all three days, and there's live music between rounds.
