Motorlux is the signature opening event of Monterey Car Week, staged in and around the hangars of the Monterey Jet Center. Roughly 3,000 guests move between vintage race cars, motorcycles and aircraft while chefs, wine and an open bar keep the evening going; a DJ and live entertainment run through to close. All attendees must be 21 or older with valid ID, self-parking is complimentary, and cocktail attire is expected — no jeans or flip-flops.
